Don´t Tell Yourself That You Don´t Have Time

How to improve your focus and make time for the important things

You often hear people saying i don't have time.

Which simply isn't true.

Everyone has the same amount of time. 24 hours.

Like Lao Tzu said, "To say I don't have time, is like saying, I don't want to."

The reason why many people say this is because of their priorities and they don't use their time wisely.

The reason why people manage their time badly is in most cases because they lack focus.

Here's what you can do to improve your focus and what has helped me.

1. Write Things Down

We live in a noisy world.

Lots of stuff fighting for our attention can make us overwhelmed.

That's why you need to write things down. Spend a few minutes daily documenting your thoughts.

2. Get Enough Sleep

If you want to focus then you also need to give your brain. Time to rest. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep - it’s non-negotiable.

Good quality sleep is like hitting the reset button for your brain every night.

3. Exercising/Physical Activities

Exercising is not only good for improving your physical health. It also allows you to improve your focus. Since physical activity pumps more oxygen to your brain.

4. Meditation

Meditation allows you to calm down and focus on yourself. Take time every day to meditate at least 3 minutes.

While meditating put all the things that could distract you out of your reach.

5. You have to Prioritize things

There are lots of things that we want to do, but we can´t do everything you have to decide what is important for you and for your life.

Ask yourself this: what do you want to achieve, what do you want to do and what makes you happy? Once you have answered these questions priotized the things that are most important to you.

I hope this has helped you, if you have any questions just reply to this email.

Have a nice day.
