What to do when you have Negative Emotions?

First, you have to realize that negative emotions are normal.

Your goal shouldn´t be to suppress or eliminate emotions.

Your goal should be to understand and master them. It´s about overcoming negative emotions like anger and fear and having more positive emotions like gratitude and happiness.

The best thing you can do to overcome them is to shift your focus from looking at the problems to focusing on the solutions.

Don´t Focus on the Past

Your energy and attention are limited, focus them on what's important and not on the past.

Whether you had a good or bad past do not dwell on it and focus on the moment that's what matters.

Focus on the things that matter and visualize the things you want

The average person thinks 2000-3000 thoughts per hour. Rather than focusing on bullshit, you can not change, think about the things you can change and how you can change them.
